Postage Costs and Times

All T shirts are custom printed to order, we don't hold stock of any design.
Our workshop operates from Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm.
Please Note - working days means Monday to Friday.

Postage Costs
Postage in the UK is £2.50 via Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
Delivery time is approx 3 - 6 working days in the UK. The average is about 4 working days.

Postage to Europe is £6.00
Delivery time is usually 6 - 10 working days by Royal Mail 1st class International Signed For

Postage to North American and Rest Of The World is £7.00
Delivery usually take 8 - 11 working days by Royal Mail 1st class International Signed For.

All postage prices are 'per order' not per t shirt, so postage in the UK is £2.50 no matter how many T shirts you order.
Prices include VAT.

All orders are sent an email receipt straight away. If you don't receive a confirmation email from us, then it's probably one of three things...

1. It's gone in your Spam/Junk mail box.
2. The email address you gave us isn't accepting emails. Easily checked - just send yourself an email and see if it arrives.
3. Payment has failed. You should get an email from Paypal/Google saying why it failed.

If after a week or so you haven't received your order, you can contact us by emailing admin@kapoww-t-shirts.com, or replying to the dispatch email you were sent by our team. Please let us know your order number (RC number) so we can deal with your problem more efficiently.

All of our standard sized T Shirts (small to XXL) are top branded, premium quality heavy weight unisex cotton, machine washable and will not shrink or go out of shape. To give your tee a long life please remember to wash, inside out at forty degrees and iron on the reverse side.

All 3XL, 4XL, 5XL and 6XL T Shirts are "Kustom Kit" super-premium, heavy weight unisex cotton, machine washable and will not shrink or go out of shape.

All lady fit Banksy T Shirts upto XL are "Stedman" super-premium, heavy weight unisex cotton
